QASR CULTURAL FOUNDATION WELCOME CENTRE
A new Welcome Centre in the newly transformed Qasr Al Hosn site. The design language and material finish pays tribute to the architecture of the Cultural Foundation Building, a modern heritage landmark. The Welcome Centre consists of a general information point and ticket sales, bespoke retail area, casual seating, traditional Oud display room and cafe offer. Natural materials of rope, woods and traditional khos weaving were integrated seamlessly into the original concrete of the building to create a contemporary and welcoming environment. Wild & The Moon cafe offer was a central feature to the environment which provided natural flourishes and energy to the space.
