AL QATTARA ARCHAEOLOGICAL BASEMENT EXHIBITION
A permanent exhibition experience which described the historical significance of the area, how archaeological sites are formed over time and what archaeological artefacts were revealed. The focus to the exhibition was a bespoke animated film, projection mapped against the basement walls. This atmospheric film charted the chronology of the area and highlighted the key findings and their significance. Enhancing the experience, a ‘floating’ glass floor section was built to enable visitors to look down into the archaeological dig area.
